DEPOSITS:

An immediate deposit of USD 100 per person is required to guarantee the reservation.
A 50% deposit has to be made 60 days prior to departure.
A 100% of the total price has to be paid 30 days prior to departure.

CANCELATIONS:

No fee will apply if the cancellation is made 90 or more  prior to departure.
If the cancellation is made between 89 and 60 days prior to departure there will be a USD 100 cancellation fee per person
If the cancellation is made between 59 and 30 days prior to departure, 50% of the total price will be charged
If the cancellation is made 30 or less days prior to departure, 100% of the total price will be charged, even for health issues.

No fee will apply if the cancellation is made 120 or more  prior to departure.
If the cancellation is made between 119 and 90 days prior to departure there will be a USD 150 cancellation fee per person
If the cancellation is made between 89 and 60 days prior to departure, 50% of the total price will be charged
If the cancellation is made 59 or less days prior to departure, 100% of the total price will be charged, even for health issues.
