Learn about the local delicacies of the Manabí Province, and how to prepare them. Our chef will offer the freshest ingredients and fun entertaining classes to teach you the every step of the these preparations. We have numerous recipes from which to choose.

We also offer international cuisine dishes. From Japanese sushi to Chilean empanadas, delight yourself with world know food to complete your Mantaraya Lodge cooking experience.

 

HAND CRAFT CLASSES

Enjoy of small crafts and jewelry made with tagua and spondilus! Learn from local experts about these unique materials and the numerous ways to work with them. See their numerous designs and create your own, a perfect souvenir from this unforgettable place. These activities have an additional cost, and you can let your booking agent or property manager know if you would like to book your spot for either or both classes. Each class has up to 10 participants, 1 instructor and 1 assistant.
